Sage recognised Lucy Rogers for her role in securing the largest subscription deal at Sage for Sage 300 ERP, and for FlowCentric. The scope covers Sage 300 ERP with full multicurrency, intercompany consolidations, Financial Report Writer, FlowCentric workflow, Norming Fixed Assets, Orchid Systems, Peresoft, ZAP BI, Tairox Toolset, Pacific workflow notifications, Granite warehousing, project management and scoping.

We installed Sage 300 and moved the group off its old accounting system. We sourced and support a Making Tax Digital VAT bolt-on and a sales and purchase bolt-on, and install, manage and support the group’s whole accounting function from South Africa.

We moved both businesses from Sage X3 to Sage 300 with their history and multiple years of comparative data. LAR hosts their servers and runs their full accounting function, including payroll.

Workflow automation for a franchise group
A South African franchise group
We introduced FlowCentric Processware integrated with the group’s Sage X3 ERP and automated many approval processes, replacing paper-driven processes with digital ones. We also improved its earlier Sage 300 application and supported its Sage X3 Fixed Assets module, including a fixed-assets audit for a subsidiary.

We scoped, installed and implemented Sage 300 and Sage CRM, brought stock across from the previous Pastel system, worked with a third-party provider to set up and integrate a new warehouse management system, helped with stock takes and trained staff. We support year-end and provide the auditors with information.
