LAR and Associates is a Sage Gold Partner working in South Africa, the rest of Africa and Europe. Lucy Rogers founded it in 2002, when it was known as LITS, and it has worked with Sage ever since.
We implement and support Sage 300, Sage Evolution and Sage Intacct, together with Sage 300 People and Sage VIP payroll, and the systems around them: Sage CRM, FlowCentric workflow, banking and custom integrations. We also work with Palladium and Xero.
National public entities have appointed us through public tender, and FlowCentric Technologies named us its Partner of the Year in 2014 and Most Innovative Partner in 2015. Our clients range from a UK-based restaurant group to national medical-equipment and engineering firms, and some have worked with us for more than 20 years.

Lucy Rogers
Founding CEO
Lucy Rogers founded LAR and Associates in 2002, when it was known as LITS, and leads it as CEO. Her background spans accounting, IT support, training and project management, with a long focus on Sage.
Lucy is a qualified Sage Accpac trainer, and LAR is an Authorised Sage Training Centre that has trained users from Sage Accpac through to Sage 300C. Her practice areas also include Sage 50, Crystal Reports, Sage 300 People and VIP payroll, workflow automation, asset verification and custom integration.
Under her leadership, FlowCentric Technologies named LAR its Partner of the Year in 2014 and Most Innovative Partner in 2015, and national public entities have appointed LAR through public tender. In 2025/2026 Sage recognised Lucy for her role in securing the largest subscription deal at Sage for Sage 300 ERP, covering 11 countries in Africa.

Franchise ordering, built on FlowCentric Processware
FlowCentric Technologies has recognised our Processware work in public twice: with its 2015 Most Innovative Partner award, for an ecommerce storefront built for a South African franchise group, and at its 2017 Customer Day, where it presented the franchise ordering system we developed.

In 2015 FlowCentric named LAR its Most Innovative Partner, recognising its work in solution design and innovation. FlowCentric noted that LAR was the first FlowCentric partner to use the Processware API, building an integrated ecommerce storefront for a South African franchise group.
